Where we deliver
We currently deliver within India only, through our courier partners (via Shiprocket). Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery to your area.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders of ₹499 or more.
- Orders below ₹499: ₹59 delivery charge, shown before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from Indore. Orders paid on a Sunday or public holiday ship on the next working day.

These are estimates. Courier delays, weather or local disruptions can add time.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships, and the same link shows on your order page. If a parcel looks stuck for more than 3 days, email us at admin@slide-n-lock.com with your order number.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Check your address and phone number before paying. If a courier cannot deliver because of a wrong address or an unanswered phone, the parcel may come back to us. We will contact you to re-send it, and re-shipping may carry the delivery charge again.
Payment
All orders are prepaid through Cashfree (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.
